Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment • Sessions must be booked at least 3 days in advance. • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. • Full payment must be completed 24 hours before the session. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations made 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. • You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Late Arrivals • The session will start at the agreed time. If participants arrive late, the session may be shortened and no extra time will be added. • No refunds will be given for missed time due to late arrival. 4. Code of Conduct • All participants are expected to behave respectfully and engage in the session. • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being ended early with no refund. 5. Language • Sessions can be delivered in Pashto, Dari, or English, depending on your preference. Please confirm your language choice when booking. 6. Confidentiality • All personal information shared during the session will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, unless legally required. 7. Changes by the Service Provider • Afghan Advice Service reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session in case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
